By placing your order with us, you’re giving your support to a label that honours a practice in thoughtfulness, functionality and connection to the mind, body and world that surrounds us.

SHIPPING, CANCELLATIONS, AND RETURNS

An email confirming your order (with tracking when applicable) will be sent once the item is shipped.

If you reside in or around Victoria, BC, local pickup can be arranged. Please select “STUDIO PICK UP” at check out and you will not be charged shipping. We will email you once your package is ready for pickup, along with address and pick up time information!

CANADA

A flat rate of $15 is applied to all orders within Canada. Shipped with Canada Post and tracking provided.

If you reside in Victoria, BC - STUDIO PICK UP is available.

UNITED STATES

A flat rate of $20 is applied to all orders within the United States. Shipped with Canada Post and tracking provided. Any customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL

A flat rate of $30 is applied to all other international orders. Shipped with UPS/Canada Post with tracking provided (if applicable).

Any customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer


Processing time for all standard orders is 1-3 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery times however packages with North America can be expected within 5-10 working days after shipping date.
All international deliveries may vary upon destination, times may vary between 5-18 business days.

DUTIES

You will be responsible for any duties, customs charges and taxes charged by the country in which you reside.

RETURNS/DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We operate with a system that honours that pieces;

(i) are of satisfactory quality;
(ii) match any description given in respect of the items.

If the item you have purchased is damaged, or has an error (fault in the clothing or fabric) please let us know by contacting info.digostudio@gmail.com and we can go from there.

DIGO STUDIO is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once the item is shipped it is no longer our responsibility.
Please be in touch with us or Canada Post if you have concerns about your package. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

DIGO STUDIO is a small, independent business, all orders placed will be a final sale.

At this time, we cannot accommodate returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.
